Blockbuster Total Access is Blockbuster's thriving online service, giving customers the opportunity to rent movies and games online and return them either through the mail or exchange them at participating Blockbuster stores for free in-store movie or videogame rentals (up to a monthly limit). Customers can rent from over 75,000 titles and can have up to 3 DVDs out at a time, with up to 5 in-store exchanges per month. Customers are not subject to due dates, late fees or even shipping charges! Launched in 2004, by the end of 2006, Blockbuster Total Access had already secured 2.2 million subscribers, and this number grew to over 3 million in 2007.
